Series 4 of record group 70-129 consists of monthly summaries of receipts by state forests (1948-62) from the Forestry Division of the Michigan Dept. of Conservation. Contains monthly summaries of all non-budgeted funds obtained by the state forests in Michigan. Information included gives for each state forest the number of remittances received and amount of money earned from timber sales, bond forfeitures, trespass violations, mineral rights, grazing permits, and miscellaneous sources. Figures are totaled for state forests individually and collectively.
